My husband and I decided to be creative this weekend and create our own version of a scone cake. It turned out to be fantastic! YUMMO! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Orange, Cranberry & Poppy Seeds Scone Cake

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup vegatable shortening
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon of orange blossom water
2 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
85 grams of orange chocolate

2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, butter and sugar until creamy and slicked.
2. Add the orange extract and orange blossom water. Stir in flour just until combined.
3. Stir in cranberries, poppy seeds & the orange chocolate.
4. Spread in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
It's was one of the most delicious cake you ever made Yummo!!!!!! and i reeeeally enjoyed making it with you :D
